- ICBC International will not call or send any instant electronic messages (e.g. SMS, WhatsApp, WeChat, etc) to customers with embedded hyperlinks to acquire bank, credit card, investment account and other important personal information. If you receive a text message or call in the name of ICBC International (unless requested by you), please refrain from providing any personal information or make transfers, and contact your relationship manager or email info@icbci.icbc.com.cn immediately for enquiries. .
- ICBC International will not require customers to transfer funds to personal or third-party company accounts. If you need to make a deposit to ICBC International, please transfer the deposit into the bank account designated by ICBC International.
- ICBC International has not registered accounts with other platforms except for the following, nor have we authorized any third-party company or person to promote or carry out sales business through any means. At present, ICBC International only has the following official platforms:

ICBC International would like to remind all investors to stay vigilant at all times.
