Such website contains ICBC International’s logo and the words “工银国际”. ICBC International would like to disclaim that we are not associated with such website. If you have visited such bogus website, provided personal information or conducted any trades therein, please cease to conduct such activities immediately and report to the police for assistance.
ICBC International would like to remind our customers and the public that our only official website is

Other than the circumstances relating to the abovementioned bogus website, we cannot exclude the possibility of the existence of other fraud relating to falsification of our website information, misappropriation of our trademarks, logo or similar marks, and would like to remind our customers and the public that they should call our customer service hotline (852) 2206 8168 or email us at info@icbci.icbc.com.cn to verify with us in respect of similar unknown information which claimed to be provided by us such as suspicious website or QR code.
Protecting Your Account from Fraud and Scams
In light of the recent increase in fraudulent impersonation incidents in Hong Kong, ICBC International Securities Limited and ICBC International Futures Limited (“ICBC International Securities and Futures”) would like to remind you of the following important measures to safeguard your account:

ICBC International Securities and Futures will never request your sensitive personal information, including but not limited to login credentials or one-time passwords or any account-related information, via phone calls, SMS messages, emails, or hyperlinks.

Should you receive any links or be directed to unverified websites, please do not click on the links or refrain from disclosing any personal information, including account login details, even if the website appears legitimate or resembles our official platform.
3.
ICBC International Securities and Futures will not require customers to transfer funds to personal or third-party company accounts. If you need to make a deposit to ICBC International, please transfer the deposit into the bank account designated by ICBC International.
4.
ICBC International Securities and Futures has not registered accounts with other platforms except for the following, nor have we authorized any third-party company or person to promote or carry out sales business through any means. At present, ICBC International Securities and Futures only has the following official platforms:
