If you have any opinion or complaints, please dial to customer complaint hotline (852) 2683-3899. A complaint can be filed to our staff verbally in person, by telephone or in any written form. For all client complaints received, an acknowledgment letter will be sent to the complainant within 7 business days of receipt. ICBCI will promptly and fully investigate the complaint. A response letter will be sent to the complainant within 30 business days from the date of receiving the complaint.
